Noah in the Netherlands

This has been one of my all time favorite photo sessions! I had the pleasure of photographing sweet little Noah, on our recent trip to Holland- who just may be a model in the making… We luckily had a dry morning for our photo date and Noah was ready: geared up in a little jacket, plaid scarf and rain boots- which were traded in for some fantastic wooden clogs along the way! (I was very optimistic that the clogs may slow his speedy run to a trot I could easily capture, but- luckily I was able to crank up my shutter speed and chugged some coffee to keep up with his little sprints around the garden) I love everything about these images, the sweet (or maybe a little bit sour?) green apples, dirty little fingers, whimsy rocking chair and of course- the bright red race car. I had the best time working with Noah, thanks to his lovely parents- Lisanne and Timo + grandparents Danielle and Bart- who allowed me an attempt at capturing this fun, precious, and FAST one-year-old. I hope I did him justice!
